disappointed
We paid extra and waited over an hour and half for mini fridges even though they should have been ready 15 minutes after we arrived. Found the sheets were dirty in the morning. We were told pool would be fixed by 2-10-13 it wasn't. I probably woulndnt go back.

overnight getaway
Everything about the room was very nice. Food on hot breakfast buffet was overcooked and doughnuts were thawed from frozen. Order off the menu for freshness.

Average facility Good Value
The Hotel Staff was AMAZING! Very helpful, pleasant and courteous. The room was clean, minimalistic, small bathroom and no vanity. Bed was comfortable, flat screen tv was nice. Internet was VERY spotty, but overall it was a good value.

Nice Place

weekend in Mpls
It was ok, bar didnt open till 4pm on Sat, we had an hour to kill and no place to go or relax. Also i hated the pillows!

Quick night before a flight
I was so very pleased with this hotel. The room was lovely with THE most comfortable bed and linens. I didn't check in until 9:30PM and checked out at 5:15AM, but in between that short window, I felt pampered.

Get away weekend
The shuttle drivers were excellent. They were very helpful and informative. The front desk staff was wonderfully friendly. It was a good weekend with my husband.

Great Hotel
The hotel was great overall. They had a JR Olympic swimming pool with two lanes. Nice bar/restaurant. A few outside restaurants close by, but you'll need a car for this hotel. Unless you're just doing the Mall of America which they have a shuttle for.
