Unexpected!
First off the location was perfect. The receptionist was very professional and super friendly. The room was amazing. I really wasn't expecting it to be as nice as it was. The bed was extra comfy and the room quiet. For once I found a hotel that was perfect in every way shape and form. I can't wait to stay again!

beautiful location excelant breakfast rolls, cereal, three diferent kinds waffels , biscots and gravey cookies , coffee ,milk yogert hard boiled eges orange juice apple juice, and more to eat for breakfast .

Good location,good price
It's a good location but a little noisy. Close to shopping and restaurants. The continental breakfast was what we expected. That area was kept very clean. Our mattress was too soft and rolled us to the middle. The pillows were soft too. Even after turning off the heat, and opening the window a couple inches, the room stayed too warm and the temp outside was only about 40 degrees. Odd!

OK Stay in Bemidji
There were numerous problems with our room/door but the staff was very friendly and helpful in solving the problems. Coffee was great! Breakfast was good. This is the most expensive Americinn we have ever stayed in.

Good Place to Stay
I have stayed at AmericInn's before, and I've had good experiences at all of them. This one was no different, with a nice large room. I had a King bed with a desk and two chairs, along with a couch. I had ample room for hanging clothes in a nice closet, along with a microwave and fridge. My only complaint was that the housekeeping staff likes to get going at about 7:30am or so, and they don't mind making noise (Vacuuming, letting the doors slam, etc...) so if you want to sleep in, I wouldn't recommend this place.
