Very Nice Inn
The hotel staff was very friendly, and they even helped me change my reservation after I had mistakenly entered a wrong date. The bathroom, towels, carpet, bedding, furniture, and appliances were all clean, neat, and stain-free. The free wi-fi worked well enough for me, which was convenient for my work. Should note that the heavy drapes don't close all and sunlight can get through the veil drapes in the morning. Also, you can hear other showers running but only barely & it shouldn't distract most people. The complimentary breakfast was very good & offered a variety of choices. Check in/out went smoothly and quickly. Overall, the CI&S is a very clean & comfortable place to stay.

Our experience
We had advance reservations at the hotel for 2 rooms for 4 adults. At the initial check in we were given a 15% discount coupon when we registered if we stayed 2 days or more. We stayed 3 nights. At the check out the clerk refused to accept the 15% discount coupon. This was also true for the other couple with us. Together we stayed a total of 6 nights and the 15% coupon which we were given at check-in was denied. We regard this to be false and deceptive promotion. There was nothing on the coupon listing any conditions except advance check-in and the time period of the validity of the coupon. We complied with both conditions. Thus we regard this promotional coupon to be false and deceptive advertising and promotion. In the light of our experience we cannot recommend your hotel to other friends or acquaintances of ours.
