Hotel was satisfactory.
The hotel was satisfactory for our needs because it did provide a place for us to stay overnite. However, I was disappointed that there wasn't a fitness room with weights, only a cardio room. And breakfast on the weekend didn't begin until 7am and with my event that began at 8am, I was gone by 7am, therefore, did not get hotel breakfast. So, that was disappointing. However, I would recommend to friends to stay there. Everyones needs are different. The area around the hotel was beautiful. It is beautiful in Novi/Wixom Michigan.

Always a friendly place, better than avaerage breakfasts. Had to change rooms 3x, smelled bad and broken TV, must use lots of disinfectant in hallways, and hotel located in an industrial type area, no good resturants or walking nearby, but still a good value

Very nice hotel
We came in very late and check in was a breeze. Clean rooms, and quiet considering the hotel was full. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast. Easy to get to, and convenient for my business trip.

Great Service and good food for breakfas
After I used the free internet connection to email corporate I received a qhick response from the area manager. She was new to this location and took quick action to remedy the situation. The lock boxes should arrive and be install within 3 weeks as the had to be ordered in directly from the manufacturer. 5 stars for the rapid action.
