Candlewood Suites DETROIT-WARREN

I stayed here for almost 3 weeks, and thought the value was great. Bed very comfortable. Nice to have a Free Laundry area to use. Pantry well stocked! Front Desk Staff was very accommodating! Would highly recommend & will stay here again. Only complaint was in the evenings Internet service is EXTREMELY slow.. and they told me they are aware of this & trying to work on it.

The first 2 nights were terrible!! I traveled all the way from Virginia via car just to reach a hot hotel room. The a/c unit in my room was broken and it was too late to inform staff. The pillows were flat so thankfully I had packed 1 of my own. The first thing I did the following morning was inform the staff of my a/c problem. The lady wrote down my room number and said she would take care of it so I left. Returning late at night I still had a hot room, it had not been fixed! So again I complained to the staff and the 3rd and final night I was there I actually had cool air. It was July, very hot! I was extremely disappointed and have never stayed in a hotel worse. Will not recommend to anyone.

Room and maid service would have made our stay more enjoyable. Also if the curtains closed it would have provided us with some kind of privacy that was lacking.

Very Good, I've try almost all hotels in Warren and I recommend this is my first choice.

The room I was given was nice. It was clean and comfortable. Some of the common areas weren't as inviting, and I did not like that the only ice available was in the freezer of the refrigerator in the room. Overall, however, I think I received good value for the price paid, and I would consider staying again if I return to that area.
