The Americas Best Value Inn is located approximately 20 miles west of the Palace of Auburn Hills/ the home of the NBA team Detroit Pistons. Our facility offers 100 spacious guest rooms. We are close to many fine restaurants/ businesses/ and landmarks. We start your day with a fresh complimentary continental breakfast. All guest rooms offer a cable TV. A microwave/ mini-fridge/ coffeemaker/ hairdryer/ iron/ and ironing board are available upon request. Internet access is available upon request. We also have ADA compliant rooms/ and jacuzzi equipped suites. For outdoor relaxation we have an outdoor pool/ a picnic area/ and a barbecue area. We have a meeting room/ and copy service/ and our lobby is open 24/7 to better serve you.

america's worst value is a better title.

The hotel staff was very accomadating,very friendly. The hotel was TERRIBLE. The carpet was all wet near the bathroom which created a terrible stench. We had to change rooms. The towels are terrible. There were long black hairs on my pillow case. Yuck. It is time for an overhaul of this place.

Absolutely the worst hotel stay ever

I wish I didn't have to write a bad review but the fact is the room smelled, the room was dirty (carpets, bathrooms), we had to ask for toliet paper and towels, the internet was horrible (couldn't stay connected online) and no phone to call the office to request (we had to walk to another building to get what we needed). Location was okay, not very easy to get to. The breakfast was a joke, we had to go to a restaurant across the street.

Filthiest Place

The room was filthy. Hadn't been vaccuumed and the mirrors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months.

Comfortable stay

The America Best suite and Inn was comfortable. This was my forst visit. the staff was very helpful. We were able to obtain the things we needed.

There was a Bob Evans next to the hotel. There were other restaurants down the street. You could walk but I would suggest drviing.
