Good

Good value, it's out the way but not a bad location, breakfast not that good and expensive. Some rooms are old and need work. But all around good value.

Good Bed

The place is pretty shabby, and you can tell it has seen way better days. For example, they have wallpaper on windows in the hallways. The rooms have really old 27" tv's and the walls and ceilings are usually in need of fixing. We like it because it is a good location in Troy, has nice comfortable beds, and is about as addordable as it gets.

great deal, needs some TLC

reviews were not very good, but I thought I'd give it a try. It is a huge hotel, 3 floors, spread out over a very large area. the lobby is awesome. the rooms need lots of TLC, but my room was clean. You have to ask for the TV remote, that seems very weird, but I just used the buttons on the TV faceplate. AC, heat and water were all working correctly. It is a low cost hotel, you seem to be getting a pretty clean room, but don't expect anything extra.

Good for business trips

I select this hotel every time I am in town for business. no breakfast or perks but it works fine for someone that leaves at 7AM and comes back at 9 PM. Room are clean comfortable beds. the HVAC is a bit loud but I can live with it

Good deal

More than I paid for! The room was only $50 and the lobby is beautiful! Some things in the individual room itself were neglected (flowers In balcony were dying), but the room was clean and comfortable. Will continue to stay here!
