family event

we never got our room after booking weeks in advance, we were told when we arrived that any one who booked online would NOT get a room as their online service didn't work. we ended up going to another hotel and getting a room, rushing around at last minute to get to our family event on time....felt bad for many families waiting in the lobby. the online service we went through to book our room was great working on getting us our refund, I would not recommend this Hotel.. as we were told this happens a lot. we never got past the lobby...

Wedding trip

The hotel was an older business hotel in a nice location. They haven't renovated lately so it's not perfect. My WiFi didn't work in my room but the service was good.

Worst hotel ever

Ended up leaving in the middle of the night and going to a holiday in express. Room was full of black mold, broken light fixtures, smelled like a swamp, and found hairs in the bed. Hotel looked like something out of a bad movie. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

You get what you pay for!!

Not the greatest experience. When I checked in, one of the front desk staff was very very nice, let me check in early, and was very professional. The first room I came to had a broken card reader so I couldn't even get in. The second and third were both a mess. Towels on the floor, etc. The lady was clearly embarrassed, apologized, and explained that they were having issues with the cleaning staff. Understandable, to an extent. Finally was able to settle into the fourth room. The room, while clean enough at first glance, had no fitted sheet, mold all over the balcony and sliding glass door, and the tub was stained. The television was also broken and the phone didn't work. I was forced to call the front desk on my cell phone 5 times over the course of an hour to get ahold of anyone. When I finally did, the woman that answered was rude and basically told me that a bad tv was the least of her concerns and that I would just have to deal with it. How unprofessional! I also walked to the lobby to request towels (there was just one in the room) only to be ignored for fifteen minutes by the staff while standing directly in front of them. Not even so much as a simple I'll be right with you. Eventually I was informed that there were no spare towels and that typically guests bring their own. Ummmm what? Since when? It wasn't until a few hours later, while getting ready to go to sleep, that I realized there were stains all over the bedding. Gross. The cherry on top of a horrible stay was housekeeping the following morning. They began by vacuuming the hallways at 7 am. Yes, that's right... 7 am. On a Sunday morning. Then they tried to barge in with their master keys to clean at 8:30 am. Luckily I had locked the door with the deadbolt. They didn't even bother trying to knock or announce themselves. Did I mention check out isn't until 11?! The price may be attractive, but the unprofessional staff and overall filth of the place is NOT worth it. Spend the extra $20-$30 per night and go somewhere else!

Not good

I've stayed here several times and I've usually been satisfied. This time I had to keep getting room keys made because mine stopped working. When I came back to my room at 5 in the evening, my bed was made and I was given a new bottle of shampoo. My tub was filthy and my towels hadn't been replenished. I called the front desk and they never showed up. I was forced to clean the tub myself with my one remaining face cloth and my extra bottle of shampoo.

Will not return

Check in was quick and the young lady who seemed to be in charge was friendly. No issues there. The room: stains on EVERYTHING carpet (also ripped in several spots), and 2 of the 3 chairs. No toilet paper, and it took two hours after I called to have some brought to the room. Tiny bathroom. If the price looks too good to be true, it probably is!

Proceed With Caution

the hotel leaves a lot to be desired. the location is good and the staff was nice enough. However, the hotel itself is in disrepair. there were leaky ceilings and patches throughout the facility. our room was disgusting, and the comforter on the bed had some questionable stain on it. the replacement we called for wasn't much better. guess the saying you get what you pay for is true.
