Beds are very comfortable!!

I brought my Grandchildren and they loved staying here. The breakfast was something they enjoyed because they could pick out what they liked. Everything was very clean and very comfortable. Would enjoy going back in the Fall.

Nice Family Hotel

This was our 1st trip to Lake MI and the hotel was smack in the middle of everything we did (but not on the beach). The kids loved the pool and the free breakfast/ coffee was convenient. The front desk staff were helpful. We are more 'resort' oriented but this was a last minute trip and we were pleased with the hotel; we stayed in a suite here. It was a good value for the cost.

Good place to stay

Stayed 3 days for school/business The only issue was a barking dog someone left in a room while they went out to dinner. A hotel is not a kennel. Some people have work to do. I notified the desk person and they had already called the occupants to take care of the dog.

out of town wedding

The room was fine, nothing special but clean enough. The front desk person was very nice and helpful to me, check-in was quick and smooth. The main gripe I had was the "free" breakfast. They were out of juice, it was a long line, there were no tables available and nowhere to sit so we juggled what little food we could find back to the room where my husband proceeded to spill his coffee. Rather inconvenient and I wish we had just gone out for breakfast instead of enduring the hassle.

Nice place but odd odors

I stayed here for one night with my elderly parents in order to catch a very early flight. We had rooms next to each other. They were nice and looked newly remodeled. The beds were comfortable. The decor was pleasant. However, my room smelled like burning toast and my parent’s room smelled musty. The staff were friendly and helpful. If you need a handicap room you may want to book directly. They stated that is the only way to get one which was unfortunate in our case. We made the best of it.
