Sault Ste. Marie hotel makes guests feel at home
The Days Inn in Sault Ste. Marie is minutes from Lake Superior State University, and minutes from the Chippewa County airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle to nearby Kewadin Casino. Relaxing trip.
Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Jacuzzi has semi powerful jets and very hot water.

Nice place!
We enjoyed our stay---very nice, very comfortable. They even had extra pillows for us (we usually have to ask for more).

Our only suggestion is to get there early for breakfast. Food selection was diminished and seating almost non-existent in the last 45 minutes of serving.

Housekeeping??? Where???
When we walked into the hotel room we saw a popcorn seed on the floor right inside the door. There were pieces of tortilla chips on the floor under the table. The table and the nightstand both has some sort of "stuff" on them that wasn't cleaned off. We had to play with the defrost control on the back of the fridge to make it work. The microwave didn't work until I moved things to get the fridge working. The 2 outlet wall receptacle had a 4-way adapter plugged into it and then there was a power strip plugged into the 4-way adapter to handle the fridge, microwave, TV, coffee maker and two lamps (Talk about a fire marshall's nightmare!). My wife had to use antibacterial lotion on the table and night stand to clean them before we could use them. Even though we got a good rate for the room, I only gave them a "3" on value due to the lack of cleanliness of the room.

Great, friendly place to stay

Studebaker's restaurant right next store to the hotel was great. We ordered ahead of time and went to pick up the order. Food was really good and lots of choices.

Close to shopping and restaurants
Our main purpose for the trip was to attend Crystal Gayle Concert at Kewadin. We also played at the casino. The trip was fun. We will probably do it again.

hotel was well worth the money
clean and reasonable but did not get no sleep due to kids running up and down the halls till 1:30a.m. and they were going in and out of rooms slamming doors. pools was nice but the two hours of sleep sucked!
