This hotel is a dump

I was in town for an interview and the hospital put me up in this hotel. I stayed for one night 11/30/11. There are two major problems. 1) The windows are small, opaque, and look out onto the dark hallway. You are in a claustrophobic little square. 2) The textured bathtub of my room was so dirty I was afraid to take a shower. The tub had a textured floor surface, and nobody has every bothered to use a stiff brush. The dark grime of previous hotel guests was stuck there for all to see. So, if you don't need light or showers, stay there by all means. Otherwise, you can stay somewhere ten times nicer for about ten bucks more.

I was very disappointed

The address on this hotel stated that it was on Davenport Rd, but the lobby was on the other side of the hotel and I had to walk through a few hallways to get to the front desk. The lobby was beautiful, and I had seen pictures on the website and I was not disappointed with the way the room looked and everything that it had in it. But one of the queen beds broken in the middle and was difficult to sleep on. The door had about a 1/2 inch gap at the bottom of the door and the hallway sounds were more than clear. It didn't help that there was some kind of reunion there and those guests didn't have any problem letting everyone know what they were doing and going. They spoke in normal voices at all times of the day and night, making sleeping very difficult. The breakfast was not very appealing.

not for the handicapped

Overall, the hotel was very nice, and the people that worked there were great. However, if you are handicapped, it is somewhat lacking. There is an elevator located near the lobby, but the hike to the breakfast and dining area is a long one down narrow hallways. There are absolutely NO handicapped parking spaces (there is one at the bar entrance on the other side of the building), so if the hotel is quite full, good luck.

Ramada Inn and Suites - Saginaw MI

I was in Saginaw to take a medical board exam. I had to wake up really early to take my exam, and it was noisy until 1 am. When I got in my room, both beds were dirty, including blanked, sheets, and throw pillow. The throw pillow and blanket had stains on them. The bathroom had mold in it above the bathtub, and there were a couple of [*] hairs left on the toilet. Really disliked my stay there. Worst stay in a hotel I have ever had.

Excellent Price for an excellent stay

We were very pleasantly surprised by how nice a hotel it was. The jetted tub and spaceous room left lots of room for the three of us. The shopping centre was easy to get to as well. The price was very reasonable.
