Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites SAGINAW

The staff was great, friendly, I could not ask for better help. They answered all the questions we had and provided friendly advise. Pool was clean and we had a lot of fun in it. I will go back again and this is where i will stay

We had a great stay. The room was clean, beds were very comfortable, the kids had a terrific time in the pool area. The staff was very friendly and we had a really nice hot breakfast there. I would recommend this hotel.

We golfed while there and went out at night. I can't think of anything that would have made my stay more enjoyable. It was pretty good in terms of previous trips I have taken.

It's a fairly decent hotel with large clean rooms, a great pool, and good breakfast. However the beds aren't very good (they put a thick foam pad on the bed to try and hide the fact that they bought terrible mattresses), and the staff isn't very friendly. The weirdest part of the stay is that the rooms have large HD TVs that they feed with a grainy SD signal.

This hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. It was a hassle-free stay with a decent breakfast and a great floorplan. I was concerned at first that the pool and jacuzzi on the first floor just outside my room would bring with it a lot of noise but it wasn't so bad afterall. There's quiet hour too so the kids have plenty of time to be kids in the water. The room I had came with a jacuzzi and a small area to prepare and keep food. The location was just off the expressway near major shopping stores. I would recommend this clean well-respected brand hotel over something you may be gambling with.

The night before my husband and I arrived at the Holiday Inn Express in Saginaw, we stayed at another leading hotel chain in Kalamazoo, MI. The matress in our room was so hard that we felt like we were sleeping on a solid piece if wood. Can you even begin to imagine how delighted we were when we discovered how plush the beds are at the Holiday Inn Express? Who knew such joy could come from a wonderful night's sleep!

Front desk was very professional. Room was very clean, quiet, etc. Breakfast was fresh and well prepared. Good location if you need to do any shopping.

Did not like their mattress top foam whatever. It was too soft. Cheap solution to a well made mattress. They said it was two year new?!! My wife could not sleep all night. A guy that checked out said the same thing. Staff didn't seem to care.

Front desk clerk promised to handle several items for me, and didn't come through with any of them. The sliding key reader didn't work properly on the hotel room door, which was annoying.

The room was spacious and very relaxing. Location of the hotel was excellent, within 15 minutes of everywhere! Hotel was clean and the pool area was very nice!
