BUGS, BUGS, BUGS

Don't know if anyone else has had the problem but it's not conducive to a good nights sleep!

We were travelling back from Canada. This hotel is very nice and comfy. there is shopping and dining within alking distance. The staff were very helpful also.

Comfortable and Clean

Very clean and Comfortable. Since it is newly rennovated I did not understand so many burn marks on the carpet and chipped bath tub. Service was good and so was the free breakfast.

Needs some maintenance!

Detour near hotel was mismarked, and not a very good neighborhood - Hotel was near run-down section of town. Mold in bathroom. Smaller rooms than other comparable hotels. Key-cards deactivated / malfunctioned. Breakfast was not well-supplied (ran out of Orange Juice and Pastries) and antiqueted Waffle-iron was sloppy to use. Restaurant staff was in the side bar, not attentive to needs of customers. Almost any chain hotel (e.g. Comfort Inn) beats this place hands-down! Actual Hotel staff was friendly.

You can get a much better hotel than this for the same price this Four-Points charges! The brand name is mis-represented by this Hotel!

a great hotel at a reasonable price

we were on a 3 day shopping trip - all the stores we were interested in were located close to the hotel. We liked our room, the location of our room and thoroughly enjoyed the hottub after a full day of shopping. would really have preferred china mugs for our coffee but it wouldn't deter us from staying here again

Great stay

We travel to Saginaw once a year to visit our children and grandchildren; this hotel is just the best as far as location and buffet breakfast. Great beds and very clean. Will always return.

Hometown visit

The indoor and outdoor pools were great. The only thing I would suggest would be that the breakfast offered more food.
