Friendly staff
When staying at this hotel a week prior I forgot a sweater in the room. At our next stay one week later, Staff located the sweater and were very gracious when returning it.

dissappointed in Romulus
Not a great place to stay
Room was not cleaned while we were out, Toilet paper not replaced. general lack of caring by staff when we called front desk with concerns. heat or Ac nothing in between, it was either hot or cold.

A good beginning and ending
Great location to stay before and after a plane trip. Hotel van was at the airport to pick us up at 1:20 am when we arrived back to the US. Convenient long term parking was nearby, with the parking shuttle taking us to our car.

dissappointed in Romulus
Staff could care less
I made the mistake of staying here more than one night. Awful! The houskeeping didn't clean the room, didn't change the sheets, left used coffee pack in machine, didn't replace TP. When I complained to the Manager, she hung up on me! I would avoid this place at all costs if I were you. also, it was either heat or air conditioning, nothing in between, you had to shut off the thermostat and turn it back on later.

Beatiful Hotel
It was such a pleasant experience at this hotel. Everyone was friendly and the rooms were clean. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling.

Business Trip
Overall stay was good. Room was good, HVAC unit worked great. Room had a nice appearance. TV and remote worked! The dinner - Special of the day-Grilled Swordfish - Very noticable that was cooked earlier and warmed over - inside was cool to the touch - so spicy it overwhelmed any taste the fish May have had, waiter in bar didn't have much to say when I notified him. Will try a different hotel on my next trip.

Cabo bound
Great place to stay before early flight
We stayed before a very early flight, we parked the night before and the bus took us to the airport in the morning. We got a great deal on parking. Our room was beautiful. The only problem we had was their are about 4 Marriots in the area. We went to 2 before we found the right one.
