Worked for an airport hotel

Staff was very friendly and helpful ..rooms quiet and clean, comfortable beds, convenient location. The continental breakfast was excellent, they also offer option for a low cost breakfast buffet.We were very pleased, especially for the price!

Very nice room and breakfast
The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast in the morning was very good. Hotel looks like it is well maintained.

Hotel not what I expected
Entered the room to find the toilet seat and cover was broken, no one came to repair it the entire stay after being notified. Exercise equipment in poor condition, no clean towels available during workout. Electrical outlet for television needed repairing.

How sad!
The night clerk was rude and seemed upset we were arriving so late, even though I called the day before because we were scheduled for a late flight. Had requested a first floor room as I was traveling with my 92 year father. It was printed on our request. When we arrived there was no first floor room and no elevator so we had to walk the stairs and down several long hallways at 2:30 am.

what we expected
We went to a ballgame and a play. Stayed 2 night. Room was clean. Price was right. Breakfast was good. Nothing fancy! But we don't like to pay for fancy!

Not a bad Hotel
The hotel was not bad at all. The front desk staff was very nice. The food at the Garden Cafe was good. The breakfast was a bit misleading... there was a price associated with the "hot" breakfast and the continential breakfast was free. Not that it was a problem, but the setup was a bit odd. I loved being able to catch the airport shuttle back to the airport. This was a bonus to me. Thank you Clarion Hotel and yes, I would stay there again.

University of Michigan MOM of a GRADUATE
CHEAP SLEEPS...but close to Ann Arbor
You get what you pay for...in this case it was cheap & clean...but the airconditioning was pre-wired (it was hot), the beds were indented in the middle & there was not enough soap in the bathrooms....the breakfast was pretty good actually (make your own waffles etc...). We stayed there because ANN ARBOR was sold out due to graduation (why we were there)...it wasn't horrible.

Convenient to DTW
I stay here often for early morning flights. Good shuttle service. The rooms are dated and could use cosmetic work. Flight crews are often here. Good bargain hotel.
