Comfort Inn Plymouth

Stayed there for a horse show in Plymouth. Very friendly staff. Didn't see where the hotel was until we passed it. There is a SMALL sign saying that the hotel is across the street when you're driving away from the hotel.

For the most part, it was an OK stay. THe door double bolt was broken and hadn't been replaced, which made the door quite loose and easy for a potentially bad situation. The bathtub didn't drain very well and the tub fixtures were very difficult to operate. There was only 1 washcloth and towel per person in the room :( It was just OK....but I loved the convenience of being that close to IKEA....so it worked for us despite the compensations we made for the room.

Safe and handy to Ann Arbor of Detroit without the higher prices. Close to the exit. Swimming pool is outdoors, unfortunately.

We stayed here between a tigers game and shopping at ikea. It was the perfect location just 30 min from downtown and about 5 mins from shopping and ikea. The breakfast was great and had a good selection the rooms were decent but the bathrooms could have used a little more cleaning. Overall it was a great price for what we got!

Hotel was not makred from road (remembered this from reading prior review). It is tucked out of the way just off the exit. Staff was very friendly, rooms clean and breakfast bar is standard.

The stay was very comfortable and relaxing. The convience close to the airport was a plus. The room was very clean.

In town for a softball tournament with my daughter. The staff was very friendly.

I finally found a decent hotel that is affordable and offers free continental breakfast with available wi-fi. What a deal! Great friendly service. Rooms are decent, a little dated but still in fairly good condition. Although, let me tell you what happened to me while staying at this hotel. And it's not the hotels fault at all. I checked in late because I had a long day. I had requested a non-smoking room. But some idiot, the previous guest, decided to smoke in that room. We wanted to switch rooms even though the fume was faint and we thought we can handle it. It was very late and we had already bathed, my nephew was already asleep and we have another long day the following(a wedding) so we didn't bother front desk. The front desk called that night and asked if the room was alright. Somehow, I wish they called a little earlier. I told them what happened and they said they were more than willing to help us switch rooms at the moment. But it was very late so we decided to switch tomorrow instead being that we had already bathe and nephew tucked in bed. That night both my mom and I had asthma attacks. I guess our lungs were unable to handle even the faint smell of smoke. So, we switched rooms the following day without a problem. The new room smelled a bit musty but better than smelling "cancer" air. Comfort Inn took very good care of us. They have such great understanding and hospitaltiy. Very friendly staff. I just wish that smoking guests would honor non-smoking rooms. The smoke lingers in the room and seeps into the walls, carpet, bed frames, basically everything in the room. Turning on the exhaust fan doesn't help get rid of the smell. Once you smoke in a room, it will always have a trace of smoke. There's designated areas for smoking. Smokers should honor that. Sorry for the venting but this incident resulted in 2 asthma attacks. My mom and I are both asthmatics. Smokers should be considerate. I hope the previous guest gets fined for ruining a great room. Overall, I really like this hotel and would stay here again.

When I booked the room online via the websight I asked for a handicap room when I arrived there they informed me that it was not available in a double bed room. They told me that was only available in a king size room,they said we can move you into a king room.That would not have been very comfortable seeing I was traveling with my sister.We decided to take the room because of the time frame we had a wedding to attend so our hands were tied and had no other option. I was not informed of this it made the stay very difficult for my sister.I also did not see a place where they offered a AAA discount or any other type of discount area

We were in town to attend Nephew's graduation. Hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Room was a little on the small size, and arrangement presented a cluttered appearance. Biggest con was the left turn off a very busy main street into the access road. Otherwise it was as advertized. The hotel definately did not detract from our visit. Other than the access road the hotel was in a convenient location to all the places we needed to go.
