no furniture in room matress too soft
just two hardback chairs and small wooden desk in room in addition to beds. try staying in a room like that for a week. bed mattress was too soft. Free hot breakfast was better than most.

Very Nice!

Great Family Fun
This hotel was extremely clean, hotel staff were friendly and the room was a decent size. The pool wasn't overly large but it was clean. Great continental breakfast

Inexpensive, Clean, All that I wanted!
The Novi Holiday Inn Express is a wonderful place to stay! The front-desk clerk and I were fast friends from the moment I first ran in the door. The first plus was the "instant" check-in. ([...]) [...] let me know that my family had been calling to see if I'd arrived. Later, she was able to give me detailed directions to where my niece's wedding party was staying, which helped me immeasurably. The breakfasts I had there were simple and simply delicious, with different choices both mornings.The room was quite nice and spotless, with a comfortable bed. From what I saw, the fitness center was nicely laid-out, with happy customers.The only "minus" may have been due to my being only two rooms from the front desk, but it sounded as though someone was perhaps moving supplies around from about 12:30 to 1 AM. My impression was of someone dropping a box on the floor about once a minute or so. Would I stay there again? Definitely! I have stayed in much more expensive places, but very few had the value that I experienced here.

Extremely nice hotel
Room was very clean, beds were very comfortable, room temperature was even, bed coverings very comfortable and soft, bathrooms very modern, breakfast buffet very good. Location is great for good shopping and close to several medical facilities.

Very comfortable, very clean and quiet
Location is terrific, close to medical facility, shopping and very nice restaurants. Had to have some outpatient surgery and rooms were quiet, comfortable and very clean. Staff very friendly, breakfast bar very good and breakfast room very comfortable. Will definitely choose this hotel again.
