Muskegon hotel
Very good restaurant with great waitress. Hotel was located in a poor section of town, not where I would normally want to go en route to a vacation.

underwhelming experience
location is at the heart of the city with lots of great historic sites and a wonderful museum. It is also near the beautiful shoreline. In particular, the museum is a gem!

"The good, the bad, and the really ugly"
The location was good for many activities; Just minutes away from the beach. There were plenty of choices for restaurants within a short drive. On the down side; The clerk did not fully explain the charge for roll away beds. The pool was small and overly crowded and we were unable to use it. The vending machines on our floor did not work. Overall I thought the hotel was too pricey for what was offered.

Holiday Inn Muskegon
Very nice amenities but a bit noisy down our hallway. We were anxious to get to sleep but neighbors were partying a bit too late for our family.

A nice stay
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one. The pool area is clean, the whirlpool most relaxing. The rooms are clean and quiet. You are blocks away from Muskegon harbor and historic sites of intrest. The full service restrauant & bar is a plus. This is my home away from home whenever I visit Muskegon.

In Hotel
After a day of shopping and sight-seeing, the in house restrauant is a great feature. The prices are a bit high but I expect that in a hotel. Still beats getting back in the car and looking for a place to eat.

compfotable stay
friendly service, I left my cell phone in the room because it fell behind the night stand. I missed it as we were traveling down the highway. I called back and they checked the room and found it Immediately. I went back and it was waiting for me at the desk. They also gave me perfect directions over that phone on checkin day.

OK stay, best in Muskegon
Hotel is older and has been remodeled. Rooms were pretty clean, bathroom was small, pool was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful, best part of the stay. Location was great, right in the center of town. Overall the stay was good but overpriced for the facility. It is the best hotel in Muskegon, not many choices to choose from.
