Very nice enivornment ... bed was pretty average , not too FIRM,however, it was comfortable. The staff there were very friendly.. Indoor pool during the winter was pretty cold, I wish the pool would need to be heated enuff to swim but we managed to swim. Overrall, I recommend you to visit and enjoy your stay there!

Amazing staff
We love this hotel. The pool area is very nice, price is super competative, but mostly its the staff that make it. They were extremely nice and and helpful. This was our second visit, surely not our last ;)

Unbeatable location for the price
Family came for my son's wedding from out-of-state and we looked for a hotel close to all the activities planned, and where the wedding was being held. The room was very nice, nice pool, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was ok, but wasn't kept up as they were always out of coffee, and some of the things offered. Overall it was good, and easy for out-of-state vistors to get around.

Eh- okay, not great
We stayed here in June 2011. Bathroom was big and had great water pressure in the shower. The bed was comfy, but the tv was not aligned with the bed and it was a terrible, old tube tv. Indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna. Pool was too warm, hot tub and sauna were not hot enough, but otherwise ok. We were there on a Sunday, and although the hotel was hardly booked at all, they put all the guest right next to each other and the walls were thin. The air conditioner was really fighting to work. The staff was friendly. The hotel is smoke free- but our room clearly was recently smoked in. Single room had adjoining door which was annoying- it felt like we were sharing a room with the neighbors. 12 miles from Michigan Adventure, which was nice. Decent touch lamps. Good part of town. The in room coffee maker was disgusting and had mold in it. Continental breakfast was cold and pick over by 9am- very lackluster. Very dusty by tv. Overall not awesome, but I would stay there again if it was just for a night because we got a good price.

They had cookies at the front desk. My GPS did not find the address, but the front desk staff gave great directions.

great pool
Midwinter break with the kids--We were able to get adjoining rooms just a short walk from the pool area, which was great. Nice wood ceiling, stone, etc. Nice hot tub too. Sauna OK, not very hot. Beds, linens and towels were very comfy. Breakfast was limited but OK. Just down the road from the mall, restaurants, etc.
