Grande dame in Muskegon has free Wi-Fi, breakfast, indoor pool

Great when you are in town...
A nice place to rest after a busy day! Clean, safe, and perfect breakfast! Cool in the summer and warm in the fall and winter!

Not remodeled at all horrible pillows gave me a backache No hairdryer bad televisions dirty shower warm juice wouldn't eat the food no computer to get directions not worth the money. Staff sat around watching tv that worked better than my room lol

Know what to expect
Based on the price, the ratings and the pictures online, I knew what to expect- a room whose quality matched the value you get by the reservation cost. My expectation was correct- the bath and bed rooms were small and certainly not pristine, but they weren't obviously dirty or smelly and the sheets seemed clean. The lobby was nice and the wireless internet was a perk. The big surprise was how empty the hotel was otherwise- it was a little eerie.

attendants are not friendly and was asked to fix the toilet never attended to the situation the whole time i was there.

fantastic getaway
it was perfect. i watch direct tv while i was there.nothing was missing there at all.just perfect.i felt more relax in this hotel.i loved this hotel the best.its also very close to drive threws and gas sations too.

The good, the bad and the really ugly.
It was only one night, but I do not like a hotel when it has things that do not work, such as lights, ice makers, and elevators.

Worst place I've ever stayed
We open the door to go check in and there was a nasty smell hit us in the face. Get to our room it smelled worse, was hot and musky in the room. We got a room for 4 people there was only 2 towels and 2 wash clothes, 1 pack of soap. I asked for more soap and coffee and I was told there's none in my drawer and it's locked up you will have to wait until morning. The off white bed spread had stains on it. The ceiling was pealing and falling apart there were pieces on the floor. My youngest son dropped a toy on the floor and when he bent down to pick it up he found a snap bracelet under the edge of the bed. This was the worst place we have ever stayed and never again will we stay there.

Just all right
Well, very poor area like with grills on some doors and show mess. Smell leftover smoking. No breakfast or coffee when we went there. Glad we just stayed one overnight.
