Nasty and noise
Neck pillow on bed had a large white stain on it. Gave it to the desk clerk and was not given a clean one in return. I would never alow that pillow on my guest room bed in my home. The breakfast left allot to be desired as well. The biscuts and gravy was cold and the doughnuts were wrapped in plastic like the dollar store. Nice hotel chain but that's all this location had going for it.

Cheaper rate wasn't worth it....
We booked a room for 3 which was 2 queen beds, There was only towels in the room for 2, Asked for more, couldn't get more. The air conditioner wasn't working, called the front desk they said it was due to the weather and there was nothing they could do for us, My Husband, six year old daughter and I woke up at 5 in the morning soaking wet from sweating so we went to the pool which is open 24 hours but only for adults and guess what, NO TOWELS THERE EITHER!! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my enemies!

couples getaway
for the amount of money paid out for room was very disappointed in room size. have stayed in better hotels for way less expensive. wife and i were very disappointed. as far as that goes trip was a very good time

Room and common areas clean and well kept. Staff very friendly and courteous Location great for casino Shuttle to casino and continental bfast are nice touches Enjoyable stay that met our needs perfectly

Excellent getaway for couple
The in room jacuzzi was the best feature of the upgrade we chose with King-size bed. 24 hour comp coffee, tea, hot chocolate, popcorn was a nice touch in the lobby. Stones throw from the casino was convenient, Although we did not use the free shuttle it was running every 20 minutes or so. Hot tub and pool area clean and nice but like most indoor pools, the chlorine in the air was heavy. Only disappointment was the complimentary breakfast. I have seen way better elsewhere. Could not find things, should have had a posted menu with a map. The only fruit offered were bruised apples and black bananas. The hard boiled eggs were hidden behind stuff. The sausage gravy tasted absolutely horrible with some kind of mystery meat. It must have come out of a can. They should not offer it if not made fresh. Make your own waffle was the best, but the pre-packaged fake syrup ruined it. At least they had real butter.

Stay at Baymont after Night Game at CMU
Not the First Stay at Baymont in Mt. Pleasant MI. Its been a Rewarding Experience to know you have a Clean Room, Fine Staff, and after a 28 degree nite at the Football Stadium a Warm Room. Haven't found one better in Mt Pleasant. Thanks You

good value, good location. great service
Stayed here because the Casino/resort was sold out. Was not dissappointed. Even had a shuttle to the casino/concert! The price was gereat too!!

soaring eagle stay
stayed at the hotel to see a show at soaring eagle casino. location was excellent with a free shuttle to the casino which was very helpful. 24 hour coffee service and adult only hours at the pool were major pluses. Accomodations were very comfortable and we certainly enjoyed our morning waffles before getting on the road home
