Last minute overnight trip
We made last minute reservations and arrived after midnight. Check in was easy for late arrivals and the room was easily accessable on the first floor. We left early and didn't use any Amenities but were well satisfied with the room for the price and location.

Just a room
Nothing special. Hotel in disrepair. Pool is actually filled with big bushes and trees. Lol. One night I stayed the rooms were clean but the second visit it wasn't very clean. Tv hummed on some channels. No breakfast just watered down free coffee with fake cream. It is a budget hotel so I didn't expect much more than a bed. Staff was pleasant though when I talked to them at the desk.

good all but tv service
location was good quite room only thing that wasn't good was the tv service but wasn't really staying there for watching tv. good rates and just enough things in rooms

Decent Stay
This was a nice stay at a great location. The rooms aren't beautiful or first class but it was a cheap rate with a very enjoyable stay. The room was VERY clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly, knowledgable of the area, and willing to give anything extra that we needed. The only problem that we had was late at night our TV's picture went out- the sound still could be heard but you couldnt see anything. We called the front desk and the woman said that the owner was on his way back and would be in touch- we never heard anything back. It was late though so we werent too upset. The only other drawback was in the morning the cleaning staff tried getting into our room twice with no "I'm sorry". Overall, I would stay again. I liked the friendly staff (other than the cleaning crew), they gave us a lot of extra pillows when we asked, I slept comfortably, it was very close to Sterling State Park (why we stayed), the room was VERY clean, and comfortable.

Short drive from hotel
Sterling State park was $6 on the weekend, $8 on a weekday for a day pass. We loved it! Very clean and enjoyable Lake Erie beach! A yearly pass is only $24-what a steal!

Motel 6 Monroe MI
Our room was newly refurbished, very clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. That is all you really need of a hotel room. It was better than some rooms I have stayed in for twice the price.

Nice hotel, not centraly located for tourists.
The hotel was reasonably priced and very clean. The one drawback was (as a tourist withot a car) a 15 minute walk to the nearest tram stop and the trma ride to Zagreb center was about a half hour long. This being said, the trams were frequent and easy to use.
