Presque Isle park in Marquette. Island park with trails, surrounded by Lake Superior-sublime.

Disappointed
We had a large room but no view and without amenities such as microwave or refrigerator and no comfortable chair by a lamp to read. The mattress pad didn't stay put all night. In the small exercise room one of the two treadmills did not work and the one elliptical did not work. On the other hand the staff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was extensive and it was quiet and the room had a large television.

Long walk from hotel
If you like to be outdoors this is a great spot with everything nearby. You can rent kyacks, walk the beach, stoll the marina, bike the paved trails or hit the playgrounds. Many nearby shops too...but most closed on Sunday! We were happy we went. Three days not enough time!

Lovely new hotel
Everything was perfect at this hotel. We had not been to Marquette in 20 years and this property is a welcome addition. Large, comfortable room, great bed, impeccably clean. We have already recommended this hotel to friends who loved it too.
