Ramada Inn and Convention Center

I have had some dissapointing motel stays lately and am plesently surprised that this stay was not a dissapointment. We were upgraded to a jacuzzi room upon a discussion of price difference. The bed was wonderfully comfortable with linens that I wish I had in my home. The inn was in the process of a remodel, which I am excited to see finished. I could not ask for a better breakfast- it was free and it was filling (NOT JUST DOUGHNUTS HERE!!). The staff were kind and willing to make sure that the noise level was under control when others made complaints. Luckily, our stay did not turn out like the other reviewers. I suggest those who had a bad time before to give them another chance, it is well worth it.

the toliet would not always flush, plus the water in it always ran. lost of noise through the night. The side door where we were told to park for easy hotel entrance our key would not work. Report to staff and was told oh yeah that happens. Great we thought.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ramada Inn. The hot top was great! Large and relaxing. The hotel rate was very fair. The room was well-kept. The sheets seemed crisp and not worn. .The hall ways were kept clean. The toilet was somewhat sluggish. I think a plunger will take care of this problem. We will visit this motel next year when we come to Ludington.

the hotel has a bar that features live bands. problem with this is that the partiers swarm the hotel hallways andpartied loudly until 4 A.M. we call the lobby along wiht the entire 2nd floor and the staff treated us like they were put out that we expected them to take care of the problem. these people were not hotel guests , they had propped open the doors. the next morning it looked as though someone had emptied their trash can all up and down the hall. we felt sorry for the lady that had to come up and clean this MESS! my advice if you have insomnia stay here.

good hotel for the money, stayed there in 2009 and got the very same room, a little strange, this time there was no microwave a little dissapointed at that, but there was a refridgerator and coffee pot in the room.

Very close to fine dining and entertainment. Very close to expressway. The room was clean. Air condition was great. WIFI work with no glitches.

Old and shabby. The price was cheap and it was conveniently located, but the staff was not friendly or helpful.

It was a old hotel. Food was bad. The shower drain did not work well. Air conditioner was so loud it keep us awake. Could hear the radio through the plug in the wall. Light next to the chair did not work. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel Staff was professional and courteous but rooms were dated and bathrooms needed immediate attention.

Good room and it was up graded. Also and very important it was close to exit. A couple times i have stayed at this motel and they put me way down to end of hall way. Im 73 years old and every step means a lot to me.All and all this stay was great.
