Great place to stay
This hotel had very nice rooms, we had a kidsuite and the kids loved having their own TV and "room". The pool and hot tub were amazing, very clean, warm and in a beautiful room. We were not very far from the beach and stores, beautiful parks nearby.

Very nice, very large hotel.
Went out to dinner and went to bed. Very nice hotel, personnel very attentive. Comprable to other hotels we have stayed in.

Friendly, clean, convenient
Our welcome at the desk was extraordinarily friendly. We were invited for coffee and cookies (homemade!) in the lobby at 8 pm. We received a comprehensive list of where to eat nearby. We stayed in Ludington to catch the morning car ferry to Wisconsin. The Inn was very convenient to the dock, only a few blocks and minutes away. Carts to help carry our luggage were plentiful. Breakfast included the usual amenities, including pancakes. Overall, an unexpected delightful experience after 475 miles of driving that day.

Short drive from hotel
Restaurants near the car ferry dock are more pricey, but worth it when the Badger docks at about 8:30 pm. Otherwise usual fast food fare is plentiful as well as local offerings.

Nice stay
Really nice, clean, and comfortable place. I really liked the bed which soft - not like many hotels where you feel like you're sleeping on the ground. The breakfast was really good as well - eggs, sausage, and all the other standard cold items you find other places. Everything was kept fresh and full.

Ludington State Park - great views of the lake and dunes. Excellent hiking trails as well.

Hospitable service and clean rooms
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express over a weekend. The front desk help and other employees were friendly, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was appetizing. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Summer Family Trip
Excellent!
We left a terrible hotel in Muskegon and came here. Its a tad pricey, but WELL worth it! Its very clean, has a beautiful pool and fitness area, the staff is great, and there is a great Kid's Suite option. Ours has a "Cars" theme complete with an X-Box. We checked in very late, but our little ones found the X-Box so we let them play for a while. It wouldn't work, so we called maintenance. He was down to our room in less than 3 minutes, replaced the TV and was out of our room in about 10 minutes! Now that my friends is service! The breakfast was great and our overall stay was excellent! The pillows are even labeled from soft to firm!

Clean and nice
Great stop on the way to Pentwater - location was convenient, room was clean and staff was very helpful. Our a/c was actually not functioning well - they had maintenance up there in 2 minutes and they replaced the entire a/c with a new unit within about 10-15 minutes. It was weird but very helpful!

Holiday Inn Express in Ludington
really great hotel! great breakfast in the morning. About a 5 minute drive from downtown, which was great because we just biked there instead!
