Two problems

First problem: Our room/hallway smelled so bad of cigarette smoke....that we were forced to moved to a new room the next morning on the other side of the hotel. This is a totally NON smoking hotel.......and yet.......someone on our original floor was smoking. Management refused to do a "search" for whoever it was........ All was needed was to figure out by process of elimination who the culprit was.......there were few of us spending the night on that floor..........I was even going to go from door to door and smell the person out, but I figured that it was a management problem. They moved us the next morning........problem solved..........however........... 2nd problem: If maintenance is going to clean the pool/hot tub.........why can't they do it at NIGHT when the pool is closed? Maintenance closed the pool down during mid afternoon when I most wanted to use the facilities. That's not a really good time to close it down.........close it down AFTER pool hours......NOT during prime time when people want to use it the most. What are they thinking???? Gary

Dining tip: In Hotel

.........surpirsingly the food prices and quality of the food that we ate in the hotel far surpassed what we expected.......usually the hotel gouges people really well.......but our food was no more expensive than any restaurant locally outside the hotel and was quite good as well........very pleased by this......however it would be nice if they extended breakfast hours past 10:00 AM.......lot's of people sleep in when on vacation till ten or later......... I was quite surprised when I showed up at ten to have the doors closed in my face and told that they were closed for breakfast. At 10:00???? Closed???? Reallly????
