ridiculous situation
Very disappointed with this hotel.
Upon arrival to the hotel the parking lot was littered with beer bottles. The rooms were not especially clean(cob webs were visible on the ceiling) and the rooms need to be updated. The bathroom sink had permanent wear marks and the tub just appears dingy from use and the curtains had holes in them. The sliding glass door that opened to the parking lot had a broken lock that partially worked. A stick was provided to ensure the door stayed closed. The continental breakfast was not maintained and when we arrived there were no plates or coffee and the eggs were almost gone. The hotel staff was slow to respond.

Uncomfortable Stay
The parking lot was full of trash and grabage. The entry doors didn''t lock at night as most do only to be opened by your room keys. The first night about 3AM there was loud yelling in the hall. The matress was old and very uncomfortable. No shower caps were availabe int he whole hotel. I called the front desk to see if there was another room available and they didn'thave one. The carpet in the room was worn and buckled. The continental breakfast was just ok. Just didn't like the hotel at all. This property is in need of remodeling or take down the Quality Inn and Suites sign. I have stayed in other Quality Inns and the franchise owners need to make a visit to Livonia and take thier name off of this property!!!
