Embassy Suites Detroit - Livonia/Novi

I really enjoyed my 3 night stay at this hotel. The staff welcomed me whenever I walked in, wished me well whenever I left, and checked up on me without being intrusive. The room was kept clean and they were very good about not disturbing my items. The refrigerator and microwave were a nice addition. The icing on the cake was the complimentary cook-to-order breakfasts in morning and cocktails in the early evening. I will definitely use this hotel if I am in the area again.

This location was convenient to everywhere because it was near the highway access road. Free internet throughout would have been a plus. Would stay here again, especially with added internet.

The hotel was great, it was nice and clean. The lobby was beautiful and customer service was good. The only problem we had was the hot tube, it was foamy and it looked nasty. Which was a surprise considering how great everything was.

The room was comfortable and clean. The "Happy Hour" and "Full Breakfast" was excellent. It was enough to make you want to return for a longer stay.

Stayed at this hotel in the late 80's. Has not changed its appearance nor replaced worn fixtures since then. The managers reception/cocktail hour and comp breakfast was nice though. I would recommend for a comfortable place to sleep and have breakfast in the morning (covered in price)-but in real need of updating.

I attended a wedding ceremony and reception, both at the hotel. Staff was helpful and the ceremony was beautiful. If I had to make one complaint, the reception hall/room became very warm with all the people inside. It became necessary to step outside occasionally for fresh air. This was, however, a minor inconvenience. Very good stay.

This hotel is a very nice place to stay. It is in a very nice location, and the rooms are very comfortable. The only thing that would make it better would be in-room hot tubs! The hotel is very close to shopping & dining locations, and the hotel is located in a quiet area just off of I-275 & 7 Mile Road. The hot "made to order" breakfast is an awesome feature. The only negative we can think of is that the carpets need to be steam cleaned on occasion instead of just being vacummed.

We were only there for one night. We liked the size of the rooms, great complimentary breakfast, staff were very pleasant. Room probably could use some updating ..a little dark.

The Embassy Suites was where we chose to have our family meet and stay for my 50th birthday party. Our daughter from another state and her husband met us there along with a son and his wife and our oldest son, my husband and myself. Our children were quite amazed at how much room each suite had in it. We had birthday cake and brought snacks and drinks. They all agreed that the complementary breakfast in the morning and drinks and snacks in the evening was just the greatest idea. They have traveled to other countries and have stayed at all inclusive resorts and compared this to one of the most enjoyable weekends with a great atmosphere and very friendly staff .
