A little smelly, but friendly
The car services they use are unreliable, in that they don't really understand the meaning of the word "reservation". However, when they didn't show, the hotel manager drove me to my appointment in Livonia. Also, as one nears the pool, there is a distinct swim team locker room smell.

Comfortable stay, no real complaints!
Comfortable, clean room. Fairly quiet; my room was near an exit door so there was some "traffic" in the hallways. Only things I didn't like: No wireless internet and had some trouble setting up the wired connection; limited hours for the free coffee/tea in the lobby. These are small things though! In terms of comfort, cleanliness, friendly helpful staff, and location this was a very good stay.

Pleasant surroundings and Comfortable
The purpose of this trip was a family graduation. The hotel had a great location for us and the accessibility to the mall was a great bonus attraction.

The simple truth
The location is great for a multitude of activties: business,golf/recration, shopping, theater, etc. I paid through orbitz, the hotel charged me (double charged) for the entire stay... the hotel also put a charge for dining on my card. We did not dine at the hotel. I called several times to remedy the errors and finally disputed the extra charges through the bank to pay the correct amount.

Courtyard
Disapointing. I suggest you stay right next door at the "Marriott" not here at the courtyard. The rooms were not upgraded by any means, the bedding horribly uncomfortable, and the hotel was noisy, especially since our room was placed right next to the stairwell that everyone was using because the elevator was so slow and unreliable. The hotel had a "hospital" feel to it with hard, uncomfortable sofa and stark appearance.
