Red Roof Inn Lansing West

Rooms were up to date, clean, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Really only downside is that our room door opened up to the outside. This may not be a big deal to some; its always been a pet peve (sp) of mine. But other than that, we had a great experience!

I really enjoyed my stay at this inn. The room was spacious, warm and modern and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay at this inn again.

This was my third stay at this motel and it was nice to see that it is still in great condition. The room was very clean and comfortable and QUIET. It's nice to get a good night's sleep when you have to stay at a hotel.

Due to high winds, something in the heater rattled all night! Bathroom had hair behind the door and no toilet paper in the holder- had to DIY. No hairdryer. Bed comfortable and OK for a one night stay. Remodeled and room looks good. Morning snack only a mini muffin an apple and oatmeal and coffee available. Nice to get a late check out though.

We got their biggest and best room! Wifi connection was kind of weak and breakfast was limited. But room was great and I would stay there again!

In town for Michigan State football game. Hotel was good value, nice staff, and easy to get to. Arrived very late and was happy to have a Dennys next door.

This hotel was much nicer than I expected. It was clean, people were nice, and it was comfortable overall. I'd go there again for the price!

When I travel I usually stay at a Hotel and not a Motel. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel seemed to have an updated look. Shower was great, beds were comfortable, the semi-small breakfast was rolls and coffee. About what I expected. All rooms were non-smoking. I did notice the cigarette smoke from guests would travel into the room where my daughter and husband were staying. Overall, it was a descent place.

I stayed here for 1 week, needed a place to stay between my moving locations MI and NY, also had to be close to Lansing Prometric Center to take the exam. Room was comfortable with good sized desk and office chair to study, clean. The were only 2 cons: it smelled like someone else's dog when I got there (since pets can stay at hotel) and second, some of the towels smelled like cigarette smoke eventhough they were clean. Other then that staff was great, friendly, let me use the printer for journal articles. Will stay again.
