Quality Suites is a 2011 Hotel of the Year award winner. All rooms are 2-room suites and overlook a magnificent atrium courtyard. First class amenities include a complimentary continental breakfast with a 3.00 hot breakfast upgrade option and an evening social with FREE beer, wine and cocktails. Ten minutes to downtown Lansing and the capitol. Balcony rooms available upon request. Complimentary airport shuttle available by appointment from 4:30 am until 10pm. Please reserve your shuttle service 48 hours in advance.

Nice hotel

The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I left the next morning at 4:30 am to catch an early flight, so I did not have an opportunity to eat breakfast at the hotel.

family trip

beautiful facility and great friendly staff not to mention the breakfast was to die for by far the best hotel experience i have had in a real long time.

Awesome

I came to lansing to do some shopping. The shopping wasn't that great but this hotel was wonderful!!! We had a very clean room, a good nights sleep and the highlight was the breakfast. They have this Guy working the breakfast bar that is super up beat and friendly. Just so you know, they had biscuits and gravy and bacon and eggs!!! It doesn't get any better:-)

nice for a night

hd to take cab to airport in morning because the shuttle wasn't running but was able to get shuttle on our return.

Nice Place

Nice experience for traveling with two German Shepards. The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The staff was superb.
