Stayed for one night and was very clean with pleasant staff. Continental breakfast had scrambled eggs, corned beef, make your own waffles, yogurt, cereal, juice, muffins, toast, donuts, and coffee.

The room was clean, pool and fitness room were clean and all was in working order. Breakfast was awesome. I liked that shortly after checking into our room, I received a call from the front desk to check to see that all was in order. Shortcomings: no fridge nor microwave in room. You can make do with the ice from the machine near the lobby, but there was no microwave available even in the breakfast room.

we went for family party with an elderly parent. The hotel was quiet despite hosting a school group, clean, and convenient. no surprises of any kind. met our needs. didn't use the pool, breakfast was good and gym sufficient.

Hotel is clean, in a good location for my purpose, easy to find. Complementary breakfast is good. Staff are hard to locate and not tremendously knowledgeable.

This hotel was wonderful. The room was roomy and lovely with a separate living room area. The room was clean and fresh. The staff was outstanding and went out of their way to please. There were fresh baked cookies every evening and a great breakfast every morning. The only downside was the wi-fi did not work well in the room. I would definitely stay there again.

It was very enjoyable and the service was excellent.

Stayed for a couple's quick getaway weekend. The staff was nice and efficient. Room was a nice size. The king bed did appear to be smaller than other hotel's I've stayed in. When we finally left our room at 2 pm, the maids were gone for the day. The front desk said they could give us a clean set of towels. When we returned later, we found the towels sitting on the floor inside our room. We were a little confused as to why they couldn't have taken 2 more steps and set them on the bathroom counter which was clear. We had the room next to the elevator and maid's closet. It was pretty noise in the am as the maids got their carts. The second night we could hear doors shutting almost all night.

We attended a TKD tournament.

Not A bad place to stay for the price. Ive seen better and I've seen worse. The room was fairly clean with the exception of bed comforter which was a bit dirty.

I went to Threadbear Fiber Arts yarn store on Friday, and went on a bus trip to Chicago on Saturday. Then I returned back to Lansing and stayed the night in the hotel. I stayed both Friday and Saturday nights at the Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Lansing.
