Great
Clean, well-kept, and new. Stayed one night, able to check-in early, cable TV with HBO a nice perk, wireless internet, pool and hot tub looked good. No breakfast-but at the price we paid, it was cheaper to grab something out than to pay more for a place with breakfast (which is usually subpar anyway).

Comfy business trip
The first thing I noticed was the very friendly staff. They greeted us well before we arrived to the front desk and asked how we were doing. The room was nice. Very clean and with more space than I anticipated. The hotel itself was quiet, but I wouldn't call it empty since there was a nice flow of people to and from the gym and pool area. The overall value was also great. The room had all the amenities of some of the downtown hotels, but for literally half of the price.

Great inexpensive hotel
Affordable, clean, and new! If your looking to be downtown it's 15 minutes away, but way worth the drive for the value.

Take a drive downtown which is about 15 minutes. The restaurant scene is great there!

I had to be at the hospital at 6 A.M. and since we live over an hour away we decided to stay over in Grand Rapids. Not only was this hotel close to where I needed to be so early in the morning but it was clean and a wonderful stress free night for us thank you.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and enjoyed the experience very much. The room and hotel in general were very clean. I imagine this would be a great place to stay for a business traveler as well. There is a small snack room in the lobby as well as a restaurant attached. Additionally, it's right off 28th Street which has LOTS of places to eat and shop. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the hotel to others.

A family night away
Staff extremely friendly. Excellent location. Didn't get a very good nights rest because the room next doors alarm went off from 5am to after 8am. Also the heater in the room was rather noisy. Nice hotel though.

Visit to GRR
The hotel and staff were great. Very satisfied. I noticed that the restaurant was emply during the dinner hour and so I dined elsewhere. When I tried the restrauant for breakfast the following morning I learned the reason for the lack of clientel.

Great location and friendly service
We have stayed at this hotel for the past two years for short getaways and love the location, staff friendliness, room cleanness, and good value. It is near all kinds of shopping attractions and resturants and the value is great. We would return there in a heartbeat!

ArtPrize weekend getaway
Everything was wonderful about this hotel. Clean, comfortable, great staff, good price. Only thing they didn't offer was a continental breakfast. They have a restaurant connected to the hotel that is horrible! Bring in some pastries to go with the free coffee and you should be good to go.
