sisters funeral trip
I was in town to bury my sister, after the first night my plans changed, so I needed to check out. But of course your contract as The Manager [...] and numerous [...] even a rep from Carlson head quarter told me that I will be charged for the
entire reservation. [...] was the most non compassionate one of them all, everyone told me it was up to the other person to cancel the remainder of my Reservation, I know you are in the business of making Money, but if you all feel it is a good business decision to make money that way, I can see why the Hotel was practically empty going into a holiday wek end.Do you think thats what your customers expected when you first open up? and today it is less of an expectation? I dont think so.
