Brand new property in the heart of Kalamazoo's Central Business District. Only minutes from Western Michigan University, Kalamazoo College and KVCC's campuses. A Great and Reasonably priced place to stay in Kzoo

Only complaint was that the staff, though friendly, seemed easily confused about our reservations and put my sister in the wrong room. Room itself was very clean and comfortable. Nice bed. Spacious. Good water pressure. microwave and fridge in room. Decent breakfast.

Food Dance Cafe in downtown Kalamazoo is wonderful.

Economical Bussiness Travel

The room was clean and had a fridge and microwave. The hot breakfast was a welcome suprise (especially the strawberry waffles). They need to work on their WiFi as connecting to the internet with our laptops was a bit of a pain. The location is in walking distance to the Radisson conference center and was 2/3 the cost! I would definitely stay there again.

could have been better

The room was clean. The hotel itself was rather difficult to get to. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately I found the beds to be hard, the pillows uncomfortable, but the worst thing is that it was terribly noisy. I don't know if it was the guests upstairs from us, or the workers, but there was loud talking and bumps and laughing all night long. would not recommend this location to anyone who wants to sleep at night.

Good for downtown

Good location for the price downtown. Clean and relatively quiet. Parking could have been an issue, we walked to blues festival 3 blocks away in order not to struggle for lack of parking later. Front desk very helpful. Would stay again.

Decent place by the university

The rooms were not too bad. They had a lot of space and were comfortable. The breakfast was a little skimpy, but ok if you wanted a morning snack. The location was very close to the university and downtown. The staff was friendly, but not very helpful.

downtown hotel

Great location downtown next to the up and under. Bathtub backed up and didn't drain, polyester bed covers and old mattresses.

Nice place, close to WMU

Stayed here for my daughters freshman orientation at WMU. I was happy is was down the street from the school. It is tucked away and passed by a couple times. Nice new mattress, clean and quite. First time I have had a good nights sleep at a hotel.
