Everytime it gets better
at my last visit this month i notices that the hotel never stopped updating, beside the furniture, mattress and bedding which relatively new, i noticed the new tile in the vanity area which gave the room very nice look .. good job

Kazoo visitor
Price was right but not much else...
The price was right but the non smoking room was previously a smoking room to my non smoking nose; the toilet required careful use and then the handle finally gave out on my last day; and, lastly my room was not attended to at all on my final day...when I called the desk they stated there was no one available to clean or change towels and the manager would address the problem the next morning. Oh well, you get what you pay for...sometimes.

Great stay
Great friendly staff, was a great location, close to everything. Staff was helpful even when half the town was staying there due to a power outage. Rooms were clean and well furnished as well as having a good choice of amenities. Will definitely stay again when I visit Kalamazoo.
