Hotel close to Expressway, restaurants
The staff was warm and hospitable. Room was clean. The only complaint I had was the wifi did not work.

Theatrical Roz
In town to see a play...
My husband and I wanted a nice place to rest our heads after seeing a local theatrical production. This place is easy to get to from downtown Kalamzaoo. The room was clean and nice and staff provided us with dining info. More lighting in the room than usual - a plus! We didn't take advantage of the pool nor the breakfast only because of arriving late and leaving early. A great value!

Quick stop in Kazoo
Quick trip to Kazoo
I stayed at this hotel for one night on a quick trip to Kazoo. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint was that the continental breakfast didn't have any fresh fruit and they were out of oatmeal. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely return.

Bridal Shower
I called to make sure that I could get an early check in, as I was traveling 5 hrs for a bridal shower at 3:00pm. . When I arrived at the hotel at 1:15, I was told to come back at 3:00. After I explained that I had called and they told me no problem, they were able to find a room for me. I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. We have stayed here before and it was great.

MOM AND ME GETAWAY
WE COULD WALK FOR A QUICK SUPPER. SHOPPING WAS CLOSE BY. WE HAD A GREAT DEAL EXCEPT WOULD HAVE LIKE TO BOUGHT A SUNDAY PAPER CLOSER THAN THE NEAREST GASSTATION

Nice Location, Clean, Comfortable, Value for the Money
We were in the area for a memorial service and needed a place to stay during the week and this looked nice. The unique thing about our trip out was that we were in the area just four days before and had stayed at the RRI just 1/2 block away. The RRI was a last minute decision with no reservations and the place was fair but not as nice as expected. The rooms were non-smoking but smelled of old stale smoke anyway and the place was somewhat outdated and shabby. There were no amenities and no services such as breakfast. Knowing we were coming out to the same area I booked the stay at BW and couldn't be happier. The room cost us less than the RRI and was ten times better. The BW was clean, secure, nice, and smelled fresh. Plus, continental breakfast the next morning was really a bonus. I'll stay there again in a heartbeat.

Great value, will consider staying again
Second time there. Love the indoor pool and continental breakfast (with waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc., not just pastries). Room was always clean. Room was close to the pool, but I was never bothered by noise. Could use a slightly better mattress (It was tolerable), a few more towels (only had two in the room, grabbed extras from the pool area), and I wish they would discourage people from coming to breakfast barefooted (lots of kids and even a few adults). Very happy for the price. Would be great with younger kids, but for teenagers not a whole lot in walking distance other than restaurants.
