This was our very first family vacation - EVER! We cannot afford to travel because it is too expensive. Our only plans were to swim in the pool and use the hot tub. The hot tub was broken. :( A partial refund or a certificate for another trip would have been nice - but we had no such luck! VERY disappointing! We ordered pizza and salad. The delivery driver forgot the salad and never did remember the plates or silverware...

Weekend out
Enjoyed weekend out with spouse. Quiet, clean room with good breakfast. We made use of the indoor pool area and hot-tub, which were good to relax in. Even with a crowd from an event there, the facility was still provided a pleasant weekend.

Wow....didn't expect what I paid for. A good deal and top notch. Room was BIG with couch bed and king bed. Fridge, micro, etc. Quiet overall. Breakfast was okay...eggs a bit rubbery, waffle mix typical, etc. The food was okay not great. But the overall experience was great. Very clean. Very friendly. Will certainly go back again. And recomend highly. Oh...walked across the road the Buffalo Wings. Dairy Queen down the street. Shopping all around.

Clean, modern suites
My partner and I stayed here on Christmas Eve in order to ensure family peace on earth. This hotel turned out to be one of the best affordable hotels I've ever stayed in. The king bed room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was warm and inviting; the pillows were fresh and fluffy; there was a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel if you find yourself staying in Holland for just a night or an extended period of time. It's in a great location for shopping and dining. Thank you so much, Holland Inn and Suites!

Great place
It is a perfect spot to jump on and off the highway to visit Saugatuck and Grand Haven for the day as well as easily getting to the beach and downtown Holland. The hot tub could have been cooler but everything else was great. Great advise on resturants from the gal at the front desk. No longer a Best Western but great none the less.

Just stayed the night. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Just right for the $$. The only thing I didn't care for was the breakfast - not much to pick from so I headed down the street to a Perkins which was excellent - 5 stars. If it would have saved me any $$ to skip the breakfast then I would have opted out.

Great location nice stay
Great location close to everything. Nice room, can't beat the price.Only draw back was that the hot tub was closed when I visited. I found the beds to be comfortable and I got a good nights sleep. The family and I were late to breakfast so there was not much left to choose from but, they were vary nice at the front desk and brought out more waffle batter so we could make waffles.

Great getaway trip! Fantastic hotel!
We traveled to Holland on a romantic getaway and were very pleased with this hotel! The Hotel had rustic beauty and was spotless. We even had a little wooden bear cub peeking in our window. Very biker-friendly and let us park our Harley right outside the front door and under the roof overhang. HIGHLY recommend this hotel and we will be back again very soon!

Clean. That's all that matters, right?
Great way to visit Saugatuck without paying Saugatuck hotel/B&B expensive prices. Stay HERE, short drive to town! My children love it - pool before bed, continental breakfast in the morning. can't beat value.
