Scary
I needed a place to sleep for the night and wanted to save money. NOT WORTH IT!. This place had people crowding and smoking by the entrance doors. The building smells like smoke and very noisy. I did not even bother to go for breakfast and checked out asap.

Not nice at all! I was trying to be thrifty, but this place was embarrassing !
I didn't even finish my stay there after the first night and it was pre paid! Never again !

I've been in better hotels for similar price
The room was way too warm, I could barely slept in my first night. When I arrived I was told that phones in the 2nd floor weren't working and they could not wake me up. Good thing there was an alarm clock in the room. In cafeteria, butter wasn't available and the quality of the plates was really bad (one broke while I was pouring hot water for my oatmeal). For the price it was OK but I'm not planning to get back.

good thing all we had to do there is sleep
TV did not work. Did not get fixed when reported. Wood slats in A/C to support air deflectors. Could only be keep room at 76 degrees. Shower curtain rod broken. Gym was treadmill and bike.

It's 4 walls and a bed.
Needed a cheap place to stay for work, and it was just that. Staff were great, but other than that, I would say splurge and spend the extra 20$ to stay across the street.

Awful Nightmare
This has to be the worst establishment with the worst customer service I've ever walked into. My husband and I had made a reservation a month and a half in advance. Our flight had been delayed by almost two hours, we ended up arriving to the hotel at 2am when we should have been there at midnight. When arriving to GRR we were told that one of our suitcases (we had checked it at the gate) had gone missing (found out later it went to Santa Ana, CA). So,we were even more delayed at GRR for this reason. When we explained the situation to the insensitive woman at the front desk we were greeted with nothing but rudeness and attitude. We were told our reservation had been automatically canceled in their system after 1am, however we could dish out more money for a room and still have to check out by noon that same day. Sufficed to say this hotel has gained an unhappy customer that will make sure and warn anyone that might consider staying there. The place smells too!

Value for Money...Good deal..!
The overall experience was pretty good. Only problem was the internet was down that specific day. My bad luck.
