Customer Service Nightmare!
When promised the possibility of a refrigerator in our room, we learned from the snotty desk lady that it was not an option. While she seemed irritated to check us in at all, she assured us it was not an option. After talking to the staff of the site with which we booked the hotel, Janell cheerfully delivered the appliance to our room. The flashing light on both the telephones indicating we had a message, that I was assured would turn off, stayed flashing for three days. For such a shabby, wall paper pealing, broken door handle, molding hotel, you would think their customer service would be top notch. Not the case! I will never stay at this hotel again!

Hidden hotel
Hard to find the hotel in the dark, it's hidden behind a Quaker Steak and Lube Restaurant. The hotel is a maze, they definitely need more signage to help you find the stairs and elevator. The staff could be more helpful with directions to the hotel and around within it. Finally found the room, the keys didn't work so we had to go all the way back down to get them reprogrammed. Shower smelled moldy. The breakfast offerings were ok. Opted to go out to eat instead. The birds' cages are way overdue for cleaning, and they didn't have enough toys. I feel sorry for them.
