Excellent Staff

Friendliest Staff
We have stayed at this hotel several times when we visit our student at GVSU. It's certainly not the closest hotel to the campus, but we like it so much we're willing to make the longer drive. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the room is clean and comfortable, the breakfast has something for everyone and they always have coffee or hot water for tea available.

Great
Staff was professional and friendly. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. Pool, spa and gym were clean and well kept. Will go back and stay again.

Absolutely Perfect!
This Hotel was amazing! Right from the time we checked in, we felt welcome. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was spotless! Very clean, and the nights sleep was very comfortable. Th breakfast served in the morning was A+. Very good, plentiful, and clean. I even overheard some of the other guest comment on how much food was served. We will definately be back!

Good except lighting and side tables
1 comfortable chair, 1 desk chair, only good reading lighting was next to the desk. If you wanted to put down your soda glass and can, had to use the floor or the a/c unit. Otherwise very good place close to forest hills.

Great overnighter
A very friendly and knowledgeable staff greeted us. The room was very comfortable and we slept the best we ever have in a hotel. The breakfast was good but since we slept late, we were there towards the end. Food was not as fresh as one would like.

Charming and comfortable for a value hotel
Decor far surpasses other hotels of this type. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Surprisingly comfortable bed! Will definitely stay there again!

Wonderful hotel, great amenities, excellent price!
Hotel is lobby is very inviting and has a cozy feeling. Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful with our questions regarding restaurants nearby. Our room was very clean and updated with current style/furnishings. Complimentary breakfast options were great. Location of hotel has easy access to freeway for getting to the downtown area. Excellent hotel.

If you're looking for a lively sports bar atmosphere try Peppino's in downtown Grand Rapids. Great food and a lot of choices as far as seating & tv screens to watch sporting events. Excellent wait staff and food!

Meeting with Friends!!
My 3 high school girlfriends and I get together once a year. We picked Artprize as our destination this fall. The hotel was absolutely fantastic! The comfort, the clean rooms, the WONDERFUL staff! The breakfast was great. I couldn't criticize anything. The warm cookies when we arrived was a neat touch as well!!! We loved it, and will come back again!!
