Baymont Inn and Suites Grand Rapids Airport

I used to live in Grand Rapids and never knew that this place was there. The hotel should really be a four star hotel. The staff were fantastic, hotel was clean, and the overall experience was great. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

My stay was short but as they say sweet. The nice lady who checked me in was very helpful and most of all quick. I had lost my toiletries and the young man who manned the morning desk was very helpful. It was quiet which is always a plus. They have several places to eat close and had two pizza joints adverrising delivery. If I stayed again it would be nice to have a more modern TV. The old model in my room had to be twenty years old. But overall it was a good value for the money

I stayed here, although I am from grand rapids, this was better than my husband and I staying with my parents! It's in a great location, right across the street from the grocery store, 28th st, you can walk right out the door to restaurants. Awesome rate!

General manager needs to be fired! Double booked a room that was refundable and manager would not approve refunding my money!

The room was large and comfortable, very clean, and the staff was very attantave!!! I will seek out Baymont Inns in my future travel.

The staff were nice & pfofessional . Room service was on a daily basis &the rooms were quiet & clean. Continental breakfast was satisfactory. If in the area I would stay there again.

My wife and I had a great time at the hotel, and the private shuttle service to and from the airport was great. However, when booking the hotel, the most important amenity for us, due to our late arrival, was having shuttle service included with the hotel, and unfortunately that was not the case. We had to pay extra for the shuttle service because we had booked with Orbitz and not direct with the hotel, at least according to the management. That was not cool. We had to call the private shuttle service operator in order to be picked up at the airport. The gentleman operating the shuttle was very friendly and made the trip enjoyable.

I was very pleased with the hotel, the morning break fast and the cleanliness of the room. The only down side was the road construction out front wich made travel to and from while staying there difficult... which is NO fault to the hotel.... just kind of a pain.

The room was clean everyone one was very friendly and helpful and the free breakfast was very nice would stay there again

While traveling through the area we felt lucky enough to find a location at this rate however the room was odorous from being a former smokers room. Upon calling the front desk to make them aware, they immediately offered to switch rooms. This speaks volumes for the effort to satisfy their clients. THe next morning I was informed they are replacing all the AC units and this room had not been completed.
