Best view in the whole city
We were offered a wonderful room with the best view of the Mackinc Bridge!! The price was extremely affordable! And they had good coffee served 24 hours at the hospitality lounge!

The Driftwood Restaurant had the most diverse menu and the best steak I have ever had for a reasonable price.

Average hotel for the area. Nothing special, nothing bad and it was clean enough. The only surprise was being charged $1 for using the safe in hotel room!! No sign to say there would be a charge - such a dumb thing as it utilizes a key and not a combination. Surprised they even had a record of it.

Excellent rooms and very good breakfast
We were traveling from Traverse City to the UP and decided to stay at this place for the night. It was very nice to stay (just like all other Holiday Inn Express hotels). Comfortable beds, good showers and very good hot breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

One night stay
The hotel was easy to find off the freeway and the room was clean. There was a mix up at check in where two families with the same last name were staying and they checked in the other family under our reservation. The free breakfast was hardly worth mentioning. Not many choices and they ran out of food. The room was nice and the pool area was also nice.

Pleasant Experience

BEST STAY I HAVE EVER HAD!!!
This was the BEST stay I have ever had!! From the Hotel staff to the room it was amazing!! The rooms have been updated and really look wonderful and the beds are so comfortable I would stay here next time we come up for golf. I really like the two sink areas so if someone is in the bathroom you can finish up getting ready. The rooms are so large and cozy.. The pool, hot tub and sauna were the best after a long day of 36 holes of golf. We were glad we picked this hotel and will stay there again for sure!!!
