Terrible! I couldn't find the motel for 45 minutes. They are in the process of changing the franchiser from S....P I.. A......T to R..DW.Y and have already changed the signs to R..DW.Y. MY confirmation from O....Z still showed S...P I.. A.....T. I
got some help from a nearby restaurant who confirmed that the motel with the R..DW.Y sign is truly the S...P I.. AI.....T, at least for the next couple of weeks
. No mention that parking is extra if you use the shuttle.
The street sign says the road it is on is E. Austin , not Austin Parkway.

was disappointed with this hotel! No there is NOT a hot tub, which I really wanted. There was NO PHONE service in the hotel to the front desk or any where else. There was a fight in the hall at 3am and we could not get a hold of any one!! The pool
was nice but the staff was more interested in people not stealing the pool towels than keeping them at the pool. Over all very disappointed in this hotel, would not stay again.
Desk staff very friendly and helpful, room was clean, modern and well-appointed. Staying for one night, free shuttle to the airport next day, allowed me to stay a few hours past checkout to accommodate flight time. Reasonable and worked out
The room was extremely small and the bed was supposed to be a queen but seemed to be a full sized bed. Me and the wife sleep on a queen and this was not the size of our bed. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. The front desk was rude.. After a
20 hour drive from Florida we had a cooler of bottled water that needed ice.. We were on the first floor and the ice machine said "out of order go to the second floor", so i walked up the stairs to second floor and the sign on that machine said "out of order get ice at front desk", well i had to walk back down stairs to the front desk and she said well i will fill your room bucket but i can't give you ice for your cooler. What hotel doesn't have a working ice machine? We went to visit friends and visit some local bars, when we returned and tried to get into the hotel at 3:30am the door was jammed and the electronic key would flash green but the door would not open. We spend 45 min trying to get into the hotel and was very frustrated.. I will never stay at that hotel again....

This place was poorly built and is not aging well. The shuttle was good. The TV remote didn't work, so the staff was going to move me to another room. I suggested new batteries which fixed the problem. Getting a remote from another room would have
worked too, rather than have me move all of my things...
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff seemed nice and helpful. Breakfast was only served until 9 am and you couldn't remove anything from the breakfast area. There were only 3 tables so you either had to stand and eat or go without.
And they only provided one cup to make the waffles. Each person had to use the same paper cup over and over again. We would stay there again but make other breakfast plans.
