Awesome!
Perfect experience from Check-In to Check-Out. The beds are super comfortable. The room is clean, spacious & modern. It lacks for nothing. I've stayed in several of the hotels located right in that area & this is by far my new 'go to' hotel of choice!

Christmas Shopping 2011
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. They were busy the weekend we were there and they were also in the middle of a rather large remodel and it was peace and quiet all weekend. The room was very clean and comfortable and we will return. It was located right of the Hiway and 20 minutes from Birch Run Outlet Mall and 30 minutes from Frankenmuth. We will return to this hotel.

Will stay there again
The hotel was easy to find, check in was simple [...]. Once we were in the room the front desk called to ask if we had everything we needed. It was super quiet. The negatives were the fold out couch sat so low it was difficult to get up and the shower didn't have a mat and the bottom was slippery. Next time I stay there I will request a handicap room.

2nd time here
This is a great place for friends to stay. Some of the rooms have balconies, which would be great in the summer. There is also a large outdoor area and a nice indoor pool/jacuzzi area. The hot breakfast bar includes waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits/gravy and more. [...]

Great stop for trip
This hotel was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff very helpful. We were on our yearly shopping trip to Birch Run and stayed in a horrible place in Saginaw the first night. We booked the Courtyard for our second night and know that we will return there next year for the full weekend. It was a great rate and included breakfast.

Great Hotel !
The hotel was excellent. My room was very clean, spacious, and well laid out. The king size bed was very plush, and extremely comfortable. I was on the top floor, and it was very quiet. One of the best rooms I've ever stayed in !

Great Stay!
My husband and I decided to finally visit Frankenmuth in Michigan. We like a nice, clean hotel but nothing too expensive. We found this Courtyard [...] that included two free breakfasts. The price was pretty close to our range, but the free breakfast sealed the deal. Flint is about 25 minutes or so south of Frankenmuth but we weren't keen on staying where we knew it would be psycho travelers near Frankenmuth and Birch Run. We were pleased to discover that the hotel was nestled in a quiet business park just off the highway. We checked in later in the evening around 9PM. The woman at the front desk was extremely friendly. Our room was clean and cute. No issues. The breakfast was wonderful! It turned out to be a breakfast buffet! We even had a waitress who was also wonderful. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, seasoned potatoes, sausage gravy and biscuits, made to order eggs, cereal, toast, make your own waffles, hot oatmeal with toppings, yogurt, juice, milk, fresh fruit galore and more! The buffet at regular cost, I believe, was $8.95 which was reasonable. We ate for free! Anyway, it was a perfect place to stay. Tons of pillows on our huge king-size bed, but they were the feather kind and I don't like those. That would be my only complaint. My husband told me I should have brought my own pillow like he did... We heard no noise. We recommend.

poor customer service
The hotel staff argued with me about the [...] special free breakfast promotion upon check-in. When I printed off the confirmation, they begrudgingly highlighted the details, and passed the issue on to the breakfast staff (breakfast was chaos). In the elevator, another guest told me that his windows were smashed and his GPS stolen the night before. Given that information, and being a single female traveler, I didn't appreciate being put in a room at the far end of the hallway next to the stairway to the outside.
