I was very impressed with the lay out of the room, the comfort, and the indoor pool. It was in the right location and easy to find.

Highly recommended. Service was excellant. Near to resturents, grocerry, free parking and free internet with printer.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel was quiet all night. Fairly convenient location, we were at Birch Run shopping for the day. We didn't try any of the amenities. We would stay there again.

We have stayed at this motel on our visits several times with mixed reviews. In general, it has been a fine place to stay. We have stays from 3 nights to 5 and there have been issues. Our first stay was interrupted on a Friday night by all the partying at the pool. However, since that time, there has been a change in management and weekend party time is more limited so there isn't nearly the noise. We've had issues with items not being available for the "breakfast"-now, come on, what motel runs out of milk? The on-desk manager at the time did not have the KEYS to get into the supply area to replenish it. Odd, don't you think? There have been times when it seemed even management did not know how to handle simple requests BUT they tried. We have stayed at much more expensive hotels and had less accommodating staff. Our room was very comfortable, the beds were about right for the hubs-a bit too firm for me. Plenty of pillows and room darkening drapes that actually worked. Right next door to Cracker Barrel, across the street from Meijers, plenty of small eateries around. The pool was very clean when we used it, the room is kept quite warm considering Michigan winters. The hot tub could have used some work but was still ok. This motel is now listed as 100% non-smoking, a plus for us as we don't smoke and I have lung issues. Keep in mind, the area around the motel does not look the nicest-but it's very suitable for travel. Mainly businesses and some restaurants. About 30 minutes (depending on who's driving) to Frankenmuth and Birch Run for shops and more.

Where do we start... Oh yeah! The check in Lady was very nice, however, she couldnt hang up the personal call for the life of her. Even after we were in our roon I went to the vending and she was still talking on a personal call. Then the next day my 3 year old daughter was touching the glass doors and was YELLED at by an employee for touching them. Then we had life preserver floates for the kids and was told the pool was not the beach. Next time I guess I will throw my 2 foot kid in three foot water and watch them drown!!! BAD BAD BAD STAY!!!!

While there, we mostly visited with family and drove around the area. Our room was great, although the faucets in bathroom were hooked up backwards. It was one of the nicest rooms we've stayed in while traveling.

Everything was well took care of and staff was great.

I had an issue in which I had to deal with the Manager at the hotel, who actually did not act at all as a Manager should. He had absolutely no customer service skills and was not interested at all in helping me. I have never been so frustrated with having to deal with someone who is thought to be someone in charge of staff and customer service. This man should not be given the privledge of being a manager of a hotel.

I REALLY APPRECIATED THE QUIETNESS AND PRIVACY. THE SMALL FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE WERE VERY USEFUL AND NICE TO HAVE. ROOM SERVICE WAS TIMELY AND QUICK. I DID NOT HAVE TO CONSULT THE FRONT DESK FOR ANYTHING. MY CHECK-IN WAS MEMORABLE BECAUSE THE ATTENDENT APOLOGIZED A DOZEN TIMES FOR IRREVERENT THINGS. I ASKED HER PLEASE DON'T SAY "THAT" AGAIN.
