I will never spend my money here again!!!!!!!!!!!
I hate this place now and will not refer anyone here. The rooms appeared a bit updated but that was it. The customer service was just not acceptable. The internet did not work my entire stay. I previously was not attending on writing a review
until what happen today. When I checked in @ 3pm everything seemed ok. It was quiet and it seem like nobody was around. When the night came around I heard loud music and young teenagers out drinking and smoking pot in the parking lot. I looked around in the back and seen there were jail like bob wires all around the property. I was really upset to see that. I received a charged on my account for 125.00 saying it was a deposit (something that was never stated when I reserved the room online or @ check-in- check out). I called the manager Connie if she would look up my account. This lady was the worse manager I ever dealt with. Connie lied saying some urine was on the walls. Who does that??? There were only women in my room this night 5 to be exact. I asked the manager Connie is there anyone else I could talk to about these false charges that I was charged and she told me that she is the owner and there is no corporate office to complain too. I will never stay here again. If the manager talks to you any kind of way, how do you think she treats her employees? I spent my money here the least she could do is have some kind of respect. She never seemed like she wanted to help or cared. I had to find out on my own that she is not the only owner of this establishment and I filed a complaint. I am waiting to hear back from cooperate office. If you can choose the double tree hotel which is next to this please do so. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY MONEY IN AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Please look @ the Embassy suites (just 8miles way), or Double Tree hotel . This one is too pricy and you don't get the customer service you deserve.
