Trip to Cadillac
The hotel was immaculate. The staff was friendly at all times. The parking lot was slippery and snow covered(could have been maintained a little better). This was like a vacation compared to the place we stayed the last time in Cadillac.

comfortable hotel
Our family of four stayed for one night to ski for the weekend. We loved the pool and hot tub. The hotel staff was nice, hotel was clean, and rooms had double queens with soft and firm pillows. There was no mini fridge or microwave, which would have been nice. The breakfast was better than others we've had. We would stay again.

Fair at half the price
Tried to take a nap and they called our room to tell us about their great breakfast! The hot cinnamon rolls were cold and dry and the omelet a prefab. Our suite's coffee pot and microwave were breaker tripped and did not reset when pushed. We did complain and got an apology letter but no credit on our bill from the GM. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean but this hotel is not a value. We will not be back.

excellent hotel stay
Our Hotel stay was great, The room was very nice and clean, We also used the indoor pool which we had to ourselves which was very nice. I would definitely recommend staying here and would book this place again when we go back up, breakfast was very good and prepared well in the morning.

Enjoyable stay
We had a very pleasant stay the final weekend in February 2011. The beds were wonderful and breakfast very good. Unfortunately the swimming pool was a little cold, but hot tub was perfect after a day skiing.

My Visit on the way to Interlochen
Below average exercise room. Thin walls, a little noisy. Front desk team was exceptional, deserve a raise, VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. Breakfast was below average and closed before 11am but the attendant was very friendly.

Family Man
Top of the Line
My wife and I took our 7 month old son home to see family. Hotel was very accomodating. Brought crib to our room. Allowed us to Have a family get together of 15 people in their breakfast room. Great Breakfast selection with staff constantly working on it. We are extremely pleased and will stay here from now on.

Frugal traveler
Great stay!
Rooms are very spacious - high ceilings. Beds are so comfy!! The continental breakfast was great - everything was hot and fresh. A great way to spend your hotel stay!

Cadillac Holiday Inn Express
Very nice suite that included kitchenette. Also, the breakfast was wonderful. We would have enjoyed flavored creamer for our coffee however. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
