Nice & Clean, but horrible breakfast
The hotel was great for the price and comfort and cleanliness. The decor was ok. But the hot breakfast was horrible! The scrambled eggs and potatoes were all dry out (at 7:30 in the morning) even though they were in a covered chafing dish. It was like they had been used multiple days and not put away properly. I was afraid to try anything else to eat. Overall, would consider staying there for the right price with plans of eating somewhere else.

Nice stay at Country Inn
We had a pleasant stay at the Counrty Inn and Suites. It is conveniently located by the Prime Outlet Stores at Birch Run. Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed their hot breakfast. Overall, it was a very good value.

Fantastic
We were in Birch Run for a girls fastpitch ball tounment. The girls loved the pool after a day of ball in 90 degree heat. Rooms were very clean and big. Continental breakfast was very much appreciated. Thanks for a great weekend. Also got in some shopping.....

Good Value...Nice Place!
Conveniently located next to the Birch Run Outlet Mall, just off I-75. When we were finished shopping, we drove to Frankenmuth, which was only 10 minutes away! The hotel is clean, the staff very friendly, and tons of restaurants within walking distance. Loved the free wi-fi, even if it was a little slow at times.

Be sure to visit the Birch Run Information Center, especially if you have never been there before. Lots of good information from a friendly staff!

Not up to expectations at all!!!!!!
We had stayed at a few different country inn and suites before and had great experiences. However, this one was not. It appeared that the room we were given was previously used as a smoking room and still had the smell. The room was freezing when we entered and didn't look like it had been dusted in ages. My husband found hair and clipped toenails on the bathroom floor. We also were not able to use the blanket on the bed, as it had a "strange" stain on it. I left a note the next day for the cleaning crew to bring us a different one....they did not. The pillows offered NO neck support at all. The staff was very friendy, but the hotel hallways and the room was not up to par.

Eat at Tony's down the road from the hotel. They have decent prices and give you a lot of food for your money.

Convenient to the Mall
The room was nice. Everything was nice. The only problem we had was the pool was so cold and the hot tub too hot. I normally like to swim but couldn't.

Shopping get-a-way
My cousin and I came to the area to go shopping at Bronner's in Frankenmuth. We selected your hotel as it was close, convenient and the price was great. We checked in on Friday and were treated very friendly. We enjoyed the continental breakfast both mornings we were there and were very impressed with the selections available. The lady keeping the room clean, and all containers full did a wonderful job. I know that we will definitely consider staying here again when I make a return to shop at Bronner's/

Great hotel location
We had a nice stay here. The king size bed was comfy and the pillows were perfect. The room was clean but def is going to need some updating in the near future. There was a nice pool and hot tub that we did not use, but it looked nice. They also have a shelf of books for the guests to read, and a cookie jar of cookies on the front desk. Breakfast was nice! they had a nice variety of food and the room was clean and neat. I would definately stay here again. The best thing of all is its location. Its right on the strip of the outlet stores.
