Even though our trip was a short one, the hotel was great. It was comfortable, a lot on hand if we had the time to use it. Quiet. Great location, close to the freeway and shopping. If the opportunity comes again, will definitely looking at booking here again.

Long Weekend Getaway
I liked the hotel but the traffic outside of it left a little to be desired. The bathroom was teeny tiny. The breakfast was also okay. The staff was friendly and courteous though.

The meals in Frankenmuth were interesting but pretty pricey. If you want to save a little and get a good meal I would go back down to Birch Run to the other side of Rt 75.

Not satsified. I would not recommend this hotel.
We asked for a non-smoking room and as soon as you opened the door you could smell the smoke. The bathroom shower was not clean. The key card would not work. We had to go to the desk twice to ge someone to come and open the door.

the hotel staff was friendly during our stay. we thought we were told breakfast ended at 10. ordered queen beds they were full or doubles. we thought we were in the birch run mall area without going on the road. very hard to enter a nick name who cares if there was another already chosen

GOOD WEEKEND GETAWAY WITH LOTS TO DO
STAYED AT THIS HOTEL BEFORE. STAFF VERY FRIENDLY, HOTEL CLEAN. I REQUESTED A KING ROOM FOR TWO PEOPLE AND GOT A FAMILY TYPE ROOM THAT HAD A LITTLE ROOM WITH BUNKBEDS. BATHROOM WAS TINY. WITHIN DRIVING DISTANCE OF A LOT OF THINGS TO SEE.

Reasonable Value
This is an older hotel but an effort has been made to renovate. It has amenities that some of the newer chains may not such as a pool, hottub, games room, exercise room etc. Breakfast was the standard waffle fare but the fruit etc was good. If you do not mind staying in an older facility this was OK. Drawbacks include: no elev ator and corridor noise could possibly come into rooms (not in our case)

Family Getaway
The hotel was very clean and the wait staff was excellent. I would difinitely would stay at this hotel again.

Room was a tight fit
We requested a king handicapped-accessible room and they tried to give us a room on the second floor with no elevator! We had to settle for a 2-queen room on the first floor and boy, was that room cramped! There wasn't even enough space to roll our suitcase into the room or to use the luggage stand. The complementary wi-fi didn't have a strong enough signal to connect to the Internet and I wasn't about to pay extra to rent an ethernet cord. Found free coffee while looking for the ice machine so that was a plus.
