great place to stay
We went during the week to see neighboring attractions. Very pleasant and friendly ladies working the desk. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Only issue we had was coming back the second day and our key wouldn't work. The desk took care of it right away for us. Overall great experience and will definitely return there next year.

Comfortable home base
This hotel was good place to stay While I was doing things in the area. It is comfortable, clean and quiet. The pool is small but well maintained and the hot tub was great. The kids liked the game room and I liked the exercise room. No wow factor with the room I had (althought I understand there are nicer rooms available) but it had what I needed. overall a good experience.

it was just OK
disappointed in our stay. lacked that special touch. Staff was very nice. Just the room was lacking. we enjoyed the pool. Looked like the hotel needed a makeover. The entrance driveway was confusing.hope they improve before our next trip

Definetly needs improvement
The staff was very nice but my main issue was cleanliness. Hair in the tub, boogers on the remote, and a floor that appeared to have not been vaccuumed in quite some time. The issue of cleanliness was corrected with an upgraded room but for the price I certainly was not impressed and will not be returning. The amenities included a weight room with 4 pieces of equipment one of which was broken, a very small pool, and a hot tub that was definetly lacking bubbles (probably broken). Complimentary breakfast ha ha if you can call it that. 5 items to choose from and the only thing that had substance you had to make yourself (the waffles). New name for the hotel should be Worst Western because they certainly haven't earned the right, in my opinion, to be called Best Western.

If you do happen to venture to Birch Run, Michigan screw the complimentary breakfast and stop in to Tony's on I-75. You will definetly get bang for your buck with huge portions at a resonable price. You won't leave hungry I SWEAR IT!

Family Trip
Overall was a great place to stay. Many things for the kids to do and had a warm and inviting atmosphere. Lounge was great as well as the pool and game room. Breakfast was great! Perfect location!

Family getaway
My family and I really enjoyed all that this hotel had to offer. It was super clean and the staff was so friendly. There was plenty to keep the kids busy. Nice pool and video game area. The BW food lounge was great and very reasonable. Overall, this was a great place to stay with a family and a great location if you like to shop!

Recommend eating at Tony's Restaurant - just a short drive on the other side of the interstate. Great food and huge portions!
